Here’s a really quick dinner recipe that I think you will love! It’s super simple and very easy to make. All you need is a chicken breast cut into strips or pieces (whatever your preference may be), some veggies, sweet chili cooking sauce (or whatever cooking sauce, teriyaki sauce is a great option too), and some rice.
Let’s begin! Start by rinsing your chicken (or not lol). Then cut your Chicken into pieces. Season with salt and pepper and whatever else your heart desires.
Now add veggies and Chicken to skillet on medium to medium heat. I drizzle my veggies with EVOO and season them with salt and pepper.
Rinse and boil rice. Rice is always tricky for me, I have to keep an eye on it. But if you have a rice cooker, use it!
Once your chicken is done, add your sauce and lower the heat until your rice is fully cooked!!
Now that your rice is done, time to plate it up!!
