Working on my Summer 2018 Body! Yall…It’s a process but Im dedicated and definitely having fun while Im doing it! I have been running and walking a local trail in my area and its such a serene atmosphere!
This makes working out really pleasureable as well as relaxing… I really look forward to it after work. Though lately I have been all about my jump rope. I like it becuase its like a total body workout.
I currently weigh 212 lbs, I want to reduce my weight to 190 lbs, thats my idea weight.
I want to reduce my belly fat, shrink my thighs, and my arms all while becoming more toned.
