I know it can be hard motivating yourself to workout, but for me, it can be really fun when your incorporating some fun cool things! Here are some of my favorites that I love to use when working out!

I love my Fitbit Charge 2 for many reasons, not only does it allow me to track my fitness goals, but It pairs with my smart phones and I can ready my incoming text messages on it! Perfect during workouts. You can also change the wristband to match your workout clothes!
Drinking water is a challenge for me, I do not drink as much as I should. But when your exercising heavily its very important to stay hydrated at all times by especially during an intense workout. I enjoy using re-fillable water bottles because I can drop fresh fruit in to give me my water some flavor. And if you are near a water fountain you can just refill it!
Comfortable running shoes are a must for working out, especially if you are jogging, using the treadmill, or machines like a stair climber… your feet most definitely have to feel good in order to complete a successful workout!
I am a big fan of Danskin and Champion athletic and workout gear for women. I normally purchase my workout gear from Walmart, Ross, or TJ Maxx. I love breathable tops and compression leggings.
