If you are looking for a good budget friendly translucent setting powder look no further!! This is it! This powder is by Black Opal cosmetics. It retails for $10.97 at Wal-Mart (that’s where I purchased it) so roughly $11. \u00a0But don’t worry, Amazon has it too!\u00a0http:\/\/amzn.to\/2nTfeqV<\/a><\/p>\n

Now about the powder… it’s very finely milled which gives it a more luxury feel, I would compare this to the Laura Mercier luxury translucent powder (retails for $30) that everyone is fawning over. I have owned the Laura Mercier powder before I’m a trial\/travel size and I loved it. But I could never commit to full size due to the price. I know I know… I’m very frugal.<\/p>\n

But this powder by Black Opal is LIFE! It gives me a more natual more subtle look to my highlighted areas with out looking over done or giving me a white cast on my face.\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I apply this powder under my eyes, down the bridge of my nose, chin, and forehead using a beauty sponge or powder brush.\u00a0<\/p>\n
